By using nevali you agree to follow these rules in addition to any separate agreement you sign with us. This summary is not a binding contract; publish counsel-approved terms for partners, buyers, and visitors before commercial launch.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information. Partner accounts may require approval. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.

Orders & community conduct

Customers, wholesale partners, and our team must interact in good faith, avoid fraudulent orders or inquiries, and comply with export and sanctions laws applicable to their trade. nevali may suspend access for violations or risk to others.

Content & intellectual property

You retain rights to content you upload. You grant nevali a licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform (for example showing product pages to buyers).

Disclaimers & liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. nevali is not a party to contracts between buyers and artisans unless explicitly stated otherwise; users are responsible for their own commercial terms, inspections, and compliance.
